Babies finally sleeping in their crib

You do what you have to do, right? :-) This is how the babies started:

We actually tried to start them in a co-sleeper next to our bed but we couldn't sleep with those noisy things doing all kinds of stuff to worry us in the middle of the night! (They would move around a lot, whimper, GRUNT, spit up, etc... we couldn't sleep a wink!) So, they slept in their bouncer seats. This kept them upright so they would spit up less. And kept them out of our bedroom (at first they were in the living room, then on the floor of their room).

Next, after Grandpa Rol and daddy put up the crib, we moved the bouncers to the crib. I did this to get them used to being in the crib. AND, to reduce my having to pick them up from the bouncers on the floor - it gets hard on your back!

Then, finally, the day before Christmas I decided to put them down for their morning nap in the crib (as intended!) And they did ok... the naps were a little iffy that day but a little better then next... And they slept great through the night in the crib. :-) Yeah!
