(I did still have time left Saturday to mow the front lawn - at least the part that people see looks decent.)
Then today, we took the babies to the Parent Connection swap meet. It's like a giant garage sale with probably about 100 families selling their old stuff. Dick took the kids looking for a jogging stroller while I bought a bunch of clothes! We didn't find a stroller but I got 3 grocery bags full of clothes for $34. I have to say - most of it was girl's clothes. They are so cute! And Jackson actually got a bunch of clothes at the twin's garage sale a few weeks back. (I have NO idea how he got about 7 pairs of navy pants, though...)
But anyway... I finally had some time this afternoon to do some dishes and at least pick up the house. The toilet, the dust bunnies, etc, etc. will have to wait!
(When you have to feed 2 babies 6 meals a day, plus bathe them once in a while, it doesn't leave much time for anything else! I really need to stress less about it... I know... it's just hard. Aunt Judi sent me a good little poem about this once and I need to put it up on the wall! I'll look for it and post it again... sometime... LOL!)
Those pictures are darling and you got a LOT done. You're managing wonderfully. I have an award for you on my blog (in case you have a few spare moments lol)
ReplyDeleteI love that first picture!
ReplyDeleteEach day I get just my one baby out of bed and we both end up dressed I call it a success!
