The kids have a new saying. The funniest time I've heard it lately was last weekend at Lumber Liquidators. Jackson and Veronica each had a "snack trap" of goldfish crackers. V was all out so told me she'd like some more. I didn't have any on me so I told her to ask Jackson if she could have some of his. So she said to Jackson, "Jackson, can I have some of your goldfish crackers." He thought about it for a while... and said... "Um... not today!"
Oh course, it made me realize that I say that to the kids a lot. When they ask to do something instead of saying a flat out "no," I usually say "not today" or "not right now" or something like that. Oh course, it's much cuter coming from a two year old!

LOl that is hilarious. I think Becki does something like that with Maggie, but I can't think of the words right now. That is an absolute stitch!!
