"Dress and skirt!"

It started a while back with "no pants!" Veronica didn't want to wear pants. Then she was asking to wear shorts all the time. Or a skirt. "Skirt, no pants!" Now she's graduated to "dress and skirt." :-) For the past week, every day she has worn a dress with a skirt underneath! So cute.
