LOVE IT when I overhear the kids being sweet to each other!
- We got them new bunk beds over the weekend! Dick and I were putting them down for nap (which is now "quiet time" but not all that quiet!) While we were walking out I overheard Veronica tell Jackson, "I'll just be up here if you need me, Jackson."
- Yesterday the kids were painting on the easel in the backyard. They were both making pictures of Clifford the Big Red Dog. Jackson's was actually red, and that was the only thing about either painting that looked anything like Clifford! However... when Jackson was done he allowed Veronica to check his painting out. She thought it looked nice. Then a few minutes later the kids were off doing something else. But I saw Jackson look over and check out Veronica's painting and he said, "Awesome Clifford, Veronica!" :-) So sweet!
