In a recent post I said I was going to look for this cute and wonderful poem that my Aunt Judi sent me. It was actually my cousin Betty who posted it back a month or two ago. It's wonderful and worth repeating. In fact, I'm going to print it out and put it up on the wall:
Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow
For babies grow up I have learned to my sorrow...
So clear away cobwebs
dust go to sleep...
I'm rocking my baby (ies!!) and babies don't keep.

I'm not rocking babies 24/7 anymore, but dusting and cobwebs still wait while I do things I'd rather do ;) Working 40/wk sure fills a lot of time and add to that the time I like to spend with Mom...yeah, dust and cobwebs are just not top priority. My motto "Clean enough to be healthy, and dirty enough to be happy". That means you're not running around telling everyone to pick up after themselves and take off their shoes and and and.
