Little mommy and little daddy

Veronica has been acting like a "little mommy" for a long time. I can't remember how long it's been since she's been calling herself "little mommy." But it's super cute! I'll say to her, "Veronica, would you like more milk?" And she'll say back, "I'm little mommy." So then I'll have to say, "Little mommy, would you like more milk?"

Yesterday I took J and V to the grocery store with me. I pushed the cart and they followed (sometimes distractedly) behind. I'd say things here and there to keep them engaged and following me. So I'd say something like, "Ok, let's go down this aisle now." And Veronica would say to Jackson, "This way, Little Daddy." :-) I'd say, "Do you guys see the cereal?" And Veronica would say to Jackson, "Do you see the cereal, Little Daddy?" It was super cute!

Incidentally, I'm "Big Mommy" and Dick is "Big Daddy!" Dick was carrying a bunch of heavy boxes in the house the other day and when he'd go by the kids and I, I'd say, "Whoa daddy!" Then, to make it more fun, I said, "Whoa, big daddy!" After I said it once, the kids thought it was fun and said "Whoa, big daddy!" every time he walked by.

Every day is so entertaining! :-)
