Meeting Santa!

Tonight we went to the Scripps Ranch (our neighborhood) Christmas Tree lighting. There was music, a tree lighting, crafts, hot chocolate and Santa Claus!

Overall, the tree kinda sucked and the music was terrible! It was the high school band, playing too quietly and allowing 5 year olds to sing the songs in the microphone (cute but never the right words at the right place in the music, makes it hard to sing along!)

But it was cool to meet Santa. The kids wouldn't get too close. But they did manage to tell him what they wanted for Christmas!

It was also a toy drive so it was fun to have the kids pick out and donate toys for the kids who don't have money to buy toys.
