I don't know how it happened, but J and V are scared of owls. They've never seen one, as far as I know have not seen a scary movie about them, have no reason to be scared of them! But they talk about them all the time!
We have a canyon behind our house and the kids sometimes don't want to go walking there because of the owls.
Tonight we were driving home in the dark and the kids asked me where the owls were. I told them they were probably in the trees. Then they asked me what they were doing. I said they were probably waking up getting ready to look for some breakfast.
It's weird and cute how they talk about them!

Aww! They'd be scared of Maggie's bathroom ;) There are owl decals on the walls, and she makes everyone who comes in the house pick out their favorite owl :D
