Dick and I took the babies to the dr today. It was Jackson's circ re-check and they both got a shot (immunization)! And they got weighed again...

Both got a prescription for Zantac to see if it will help their reflux. And I got "permission" to change their formula. I'll probably pick one of the ones that say "for gassy/fussy babies." Hopefully, between the formula and the Zantac, they will have much less reflux and be more comfortable. Poor V woke me in the night - she was arching her back, tears coming out of her wide eyes, unable to make a sound because she was holding her breath. She let out a whelp every once in a while between pains! Poor girl... Hopefully, that won't happen again. It usually passes within a few minutes but it looks very uncomfortable while it's happening...
I hope that new formula works. I remember when my little ones did that and the dr gave me some drops to give them before feeding it worked right away. You feel so helpless though when you can't find anything to make them happy. Hope this works.
