sounds like you could be a vegetarian with little or no effort. I tried it for a while and it still might work for me with a little more effort. That word effort keeps coming up lol. Think I'll grab this and do it in the next few days.
ReplyDeleteI used to be a "kinda vegetarian." I didn't want to have a steadfast RULE but wanted to eat practically no meat. At work they called me a "quasi-tarian!" I started eating a little chicken when I was PG. Now I eat a little chicken, bacon a few times a year, and a turkey sandwich once in a while. Otherwise, I don't care for meat much... (not to mention the environmental and humanitarian reasons for not eating meat). Actually, I've heard cutting meat from your diet and eating locally are two of the best things you can do for the environment.
